Rental Terms (Summary)

This is a summary, not the contract. It helps you understand the main terms before you apply. The full rental agreement is provided at signing, and if anything here differs from the signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

1. Price and payments

  • Rent is $450/week + tax, charged weekly by autopay to a debit or credit card in the renter's name.
  • The first week's rent and a $500 refundable deposit are due at pickup.
  • The minimum rental period is 2 weeks; after that the rental continues week to week until you give notice and return the car.
  • If a payment fails, you have 24 hours to pay. After 72 hours unpaid, ShahGo may disable and recover the vehicle.

2. What's included

  • Insurance for the rental vehicle; coverage and deductible are stated in the rental agreement.
  • Routine maintenance and repairs from normal wear.
  • Unlimited miles within Georgia (travel outside Georgia needs written approval).

3. Permitted use — delivery only

  • The vehicle may be used for app-based delivery work (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Amazon Flex, Grubhub) and normal personal driving.
  • Carrying passengers for pay is strictly prohibited — including Uber, Lyft, taxi or any rideshare or livery service.
  • Only the approved renter may drive. No other drivers.
  • No smoking or vaping, no driving under the influence, no racing, towing or off-road use.

4. Renter responsibilities

  • Gas — return the car with the same fuel level.
  • Tolls, parking and traffic tickets, camera violations and towing during the rental, charged at cost.
  • The insurance deductible and any damage not covered by insurance, including damage from prohibited use.
  • Reporting any accident, damage, warning light or theft to ShahGo right away at (770) 800-3365.
  • Bringing the car in for scheduled maintenance when asked.

5. Deposit refund

After return and inspection, the $500 deposit is refunded to your card within about 7 business days, minus any unpaid rent, tolls, tickets, fuel, cleaning or damage amounts. We itemize anything we deduct.

6. Eligibility

Renters must be 25+, have held a valid license for 2+ years, pass a driving-record check (no DUI or reckless driving in 5 years; no more than 2 minor violations in 3 years), and have an active delivery-app account.

7. Ending the rental

ShahGo may end the rental and recover the vehicle for non-payment, prohibited use (including passenger rides for pay or unauthorized drivers), or unsafe driving.
